Nutritious Movement

Nutritious Movement™ (formerly known as Restorative Exescise™) is a program that was developed by biomechanist Katy Bowman (you can read Katy Bowman's blog and visit the website of the Restorative Exercise Institute) and is based on the study of biomechanics, geometry, physiology and biology.

Susanne can help you learn to move your body the way it was designed to be moved - in a biologically optimal way.

In private sessions or the classes you begin to learn to identify 25 points of optimal alignment in your own body and you will learn corrective / restorative exercises and new postural as well as daily movement habits (standing, walking, lifting, bending over, squatting, desk sitting / standing ect.) that will help you practice the movements you need for your whole body to be functional and well.

For you that might mean to be getting through a busy day at the office or at home with  your kids without pain at the end of it. It may be birthing your baby without sustaining injury and recovering well from birth. It may be developing the strength to do the backpacking hike of your dreams.
